Applicants will have experience with
- Accounts payable from coding/inputting source documents to supplier statement reconciliation and preparing payment schedules
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Management of Debtors Ledger
- Daily payment schedules as required
- Cash Management
- Health and Safety administration
- Accurate keyboard and Excel skills are critical.
- Ability to work to deadlines

Takapau School
Administrator - 30 hours per week
Takapau School are looking for a highly organised, multi-talented and fun administrator who will be the first point of contact for our school. This is a permanent position with 30 hours a week.

- Be an Effective communicator
- Digital competency
- Knowledge of payroll and accounts receivable
- Knowledge of Xero would be an advantage

Service Deli Assistant
We are looking for the right person to join our Service Deli team to provide support in daily production and presentation of delicatessen goods, sandwich making, bagging and wrapping of products, customer service, cleaning and preparation for the next day.
The successful applicant will be reliable, of a cheerful disposition, able to take direction and work as part of a team. Experience in food preparation, knife skills and food health safety an advantage.
