Experienced Motor Mechanic – Full Time

Mills Honda are looking for an experienced and motivated motor mechanic to join their busy Honda workshop. The workshop is the heart of the business, and they need someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and keeping customers riding safely and confidently.

What you’ll be doing

• •Servicing, diagnosing and repairing Honda motorcycles, ATV’s, side-by-sides and small engines

• •Completing work to a high standard with strong attention to detail

• •Working efficiently to meet workshop timeframes and KPI’s

• •Using diagnostic equipment and following Honda service procedures

• •Supporting the workshop team and contributing to a positive, professional environment

• •Providing great customer service when required (workshop explanations, advice, etc.)

What they’re looking for

• •Qualified motor mechanic or equivalent experience

• •Strong mechanical diagnostic skills

• •Experience with Honda products is a bonus, but not essential

• •Reliability, honesty and a strong work ethic

• •Ability to work both independently and as a part of a small, friendly team

• •A commitment to workplace safety and high standards of workmanship
