Community Constable Report

A 15 year old has been referred to the Police youth Aid following the theft of a wheel from a mountain bike. The wheel was taken from a bike that was attached to the back of a vehicle in Waipukurau's Northumberland Street last week. Constable Andy Walker said the incident happened in broad daylight. Police have recovered the wheel and referred the teen to Youth Aid
