CHB Concert Choir Christmas Concert
The Central Hawke's Bay Concert Choir are looking forward to their annual Christmas Concert. Conductor Jenny Cross says the choir is excited about this year’s programme, which is titled ‘Look Toward Christmas’. “We are singing joyful choral pieces, including a beautiful two-part song combining the carols, ‘What Child Shall Come’ and ‘Ukrainian Bell Carol’. ‘Jamaican Noel’ is another favourite,” she says.“It really gets our feet tapping!”
The Concert will be held at St Mary’s Church in Waipukurau. There are two performances, Sunday 14th December at 2 pm and Monday 15th December at 7 pm. Adult tickets are $10, and school students are free. Tickets are available from choir members or at the door (cash sales only).
