Central FM | Simon Law
Simon has been in radio for 25 years making a start in the industry while at University with student station Radio Massey. Simon was announcer and Programme Director for Energy FM in Taranaki where he was awarded Programme Director of the Year in 1997. He then moved into the role of Sales Manager and then General Manager for the RadioWorks in Hawke's Bay where he remained for nearly 10 years. In 2006 the opportunity arose with wife Denise to buy Central FM in Waipukurau and they jumped at the chance. "It has been great to get back to the cutting edge of the business". Simon now holds the role of Breakfast Co-host, Sales Manager and Manager as well as writing copy, Promotions Manager and general dogsbody. "This is Real Radio", says Simon.
